Chelsea flat conversion.

This project was a conversion from a 1 bedroom ground floor flat into a 2 bedroom maisonette. 

We created the master bedroom on the lower ground floor backing onto the garden to give it light and space. An internal window in the bedroom allowed natural light into the bathroom.

This end result was a maisonette with an intimate feel whilst maintaining a sense of spaciousness throughout.

A great team of builders on site made this project very straightforward and we easily came together to find solutions when we came across unknowns. 

Project highlights

• The building team were exceptional in their preparation of the site ready for the furniture to be delivered. 

• We capitalised on natural light throughout the property and brought much needed light to the lower ground floor.

• Used strong colours to create a bold and contemporary scheme.
